  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 slice toast.
Lunch
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt 
  • 1 hard-boiled egg and ½ avocado
  • 5 saltine crackers
Dinner
  • 2 hot dog no bread rin soy dog or tofu dogs (high protein food)
  • 1 hardboiled broccoli 
  • 1 cup carrots 
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
Day 3 menu
Morning
  • 5 saltine cracker.
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 small
  • Dinner
  • 1 cup tuna 
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Lunch
  • A slice of toast.
  • One egg, cooked you like.
  • A cup of coffee or tea (optional)
Dinner
  • A cup of tuna.
  • Half a banana.
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
