Muscle Building Muffins
I have to admit I love the smell of fresh baked bread. It makes me hungry every time I smell it. But as muscle building foods go these high carb foods don’t enough protein, and are high in carbs which could potentially make you fat.
Muffins have often been considered a healthy snack or meal option, but have you really looked at the ingredients and nutritional information.
When it comes to building muscle and burning fat many of the so-called healthy foods are not so healthy. The traditional muffin falls into this category. They are loaded with sugars that in carbohydrates, and low in protein. This is not a good combination for those looking to get strong and build muscle in the gym, not to mention those looking to stay lean and toned.
