2010 muscle building fat burningNow that the new year is here many people will be will be looking to get into shape, with exercise and diet. I hate to say this but many of these people will fail at their attempt to lose weight and get in shape. There will be many reasons people give for “why” their fat-burning program “didn’t work”.

  • “The diet was too hard.”
  • “I couldn’t get to the gym enough.”
  • “My family and friends don’t support me.”
  • The list goes on!

The good news is that “most” exercise, diet, or fitness programs WILL work if you “work them”, right?

Goals work best when they are made public. So go and tell the world about your new fitness, health, and exercise goals. Tell your friends, family, coworkers, dog, cat, goldfish… EVERYONE… just how many pounds or inches you’re trying to stip off. Another key point is to be as specific as possible.

I know it will take GUTS to put yourself out there like that, but you have to ask yourself…

…how SERIOUS am I about losing the weight this time?
